Our Mission

At Quddasha, we treat our bodies as God's temple, making them holy through exercise and care. 'Quddasha,' meaning 'sanctification' in the language of Jesus, inspires us to honor our bodies so we can share grace and love with those in our lives.


What is Quddasha?
In the language Jesus spoke—Galilean Aramaic—"Quddasha" means holiness or sanctification. It's the idea of setting something apart for a sacred purpose. At Quddasha Studio, we believe your body is just that—sacred. Like preparing a quiet, beautiful room for someone you love and honor, we care for our bodies through mindful movement, breath, and prayer.


Quddasha classes are a space to reconnect with your body, not to perfect it—but to honor it. You don't need to be flexible or experienced—just willing to show up.
