Gentle Start Session (Now Available) - A nurturing, low-impact practice for beginners and seniors, with optional chair support.
Foundations of Flow (Now Available) - Perfect for beginners or continuing students, this class builds strength and confidence with breath-connected movement and core poses.
Power Pulse: Exercise with Light Weights (Now Available) - A dynamic hybrid class blending movement with resistance training for strength, toning, and a fitness-driven vibe.
